Disney is not stupid. By giving away a free night, you are essentially going back to spend thousands. So their $100 a night room is pennies to them.

The groups gace aus a problem when we stayed at ASSp a few years agao and won't go back ever again. It was baseball teams from Puerto Rico. They were rude, up all night, screaming and waving their flag everywhere and hanging them from all of the balconies. We call the front to complain and they said they woulde speak to them but it never got resolved. They finally left 2 days before we did and it was wonderful.

Here is just a small part of what happened...I put it in my trip review: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/showthread.php?t=525479

There was so much more tho...they trashed bathrooms wherever they went, one girl walks up to my son and screamed in his face and then she ran off running with some girls that were a few tables away...somehow this was funny....then I saw them do it again to another little kid a day or two later. It just went on and on.....
Oh my gosh! If some cheerleader screamed in my child's face I don't even want to think about what I would say to them! That's completely inappropriate. Who do these girls think they are? And where do they think they are? At a football game with some of their friends? NO.. they are in DISNEY WORLD! They shouldn't act like they're 3 years old and be disrespectful to everyone around them! Although some people say that you only got this offer just so they wouldn't have to deal with complaints--it very well could be--but you deserve the compensation for having to endure that during your stay. This isn't what you went through but I remember going on Ellen's Energy Adventure a few years back and I took my cousin who was about 3 years old at the time. All of a sudden a group of teenagers barrel in to sit down (which isn't allowed in the pre-show--just saying) and knock my cousin down. Well I had a field that with that one. :animwink: Hope you have a more peaceful trip next time around!

I remember writing them a few years ago about entering my room at midnight and finding throw up on the sheets under the comforter and blood on the pillow cases. The lady on the phone called and said "so what do you expect us to do", she then went on to say she would send me $10 in disney dollars which I never received. :ROFLOL:

I think if you called now and told them this I think you could have quite a few "free" rooms on your way.

Seriously, that sounds like a horror movie
