Yes. Today.
Look at it this way. With a 25 minute wait when you joined the line, by the time those without early entry joined the line they would be probably looking at an hour’s wait.

Definitely an advantage to use the IG for Remy, whether early entry or not.

They are non-refundable and non-transferable as stated when purchased. Disney is at least giving park tickets with park hopper option.
You know that isn’t reasonable when there was a hurricane that forced Disney to prevent resort check ins and the airport to close. If I was supposed to check in yesterday and could not because of Disney’s decision to prevent that, and my vacation was now canceled, I’d expect a refund.

All of this. I wasn't scheduled to check in until Sunday but I have no return flight (RSW) so I'm supposed to eat $2k to change my flight so I can go to a Halloween party?

Allow me to introduce myself:
I know that.

The point is those “policies” are to discourage ticket hoarding/brokering by third parties. Not to keep money in an “act of god” scenario.

Not good “show” on this. You refund and maintain what’s left of your class/reputation.
Wow that's bananas. I'm an AP, what am I supposed to do with that? I understand they're non refundable but this is an act of God situation.
That policy in no way is meant to lock people into ticket during a hurricane period.

Awful management

The issue was where I was staying -- AK Lodge. I couldn't park at HS because of later phased opening, I can't just park at a boardwalk / club resort without a dining reservation, and busses go to the front. So you can give me coulda woulda shoulda all you want. The fact is normal 30 min early entry gets you pretty much one ride at Epcot.

Even so, you get an advantage over everyone else. And if you are at the front of that line you might get two rides.

But also, whether just one or two, you get the knock-on effect for the rest of your day. Touring Plans have done extensive analysis into that in particular, and the saved time for an identical set of rides comparing using early entry vs not can be quite staggering.

The line to enter DHS was incredibly long and slow moving so I decided to take a ride on the skyliner to see if there was any noticeable damage anywhere visible from the sky. Other than some random puddles of standing water in a few spots, I didn’t see anything. Either they got lucky or the cleaning crews moved very efficiently through here yesterday.

I thought there would be at least one day of low waits as people cant get back to the parks post hurricane. Rise at a regular 115 mins. I guess there is no point in trying for tomorrow vs Monday then.
