High confidence this will finally make landfall this hour.

Wild how the pressure and wind speeds haven't changed for hours. Guessing now that the eye is closer to land there's only little room left to intensify (a landfall at low-level Cat 5 isn't out of the question).

Well I was off by an hour but thankfully the low-level Cat 5 landfall didn't come to pass. Not that things are that much better, though.

Where are you located? I am nervous about a pine tree in the front yard. It’s very tall and has been moving around quite a bit. I heard a loud thud and I thought it fell but it was the neighbor’s gate falling.
