I am missing the reference.Honestly this response is almost funnier than the joke you’re responding to
Bear is a reference to a burly gay man, which he played on ABCs Modern Family even though he isn’t gay in real life.I am missing the reference.
Well, if you say so-Ok let’s talk Country Bears. I think they will play some music and there will be some posters for your enjoyment.
Who’s your favorite Bear?
Call me a contrarian, but as great as Big Al is, he’s not even in my top 5 bears! If it's not Big Al, what are you doing with your life?
I like Henry, Big Al, and ErnestWell, if you say so-
Ernest! I always liked how he stuck out compared to the others. His song in the Vacation Hoedown is definitely his best showcase of his personality, though he’s a show stealer in the new show.

I mean…if I may? Critter Country (the land rename that came about because of Splash) fit the Country Bears better than “Bayou Country”. The aesthetic of Splash also paired better with CBJ.What does Splash Mountain have to do with this restaurant? Must you Save Splash people always make everything about Splash? Jeez, I liked the ride, it was one of my favorites, but come on. You’re complaining about something completely off topic.
And who cares? Me. I care. The Country Bears are my favorite parks characters (and still are, I like the new show), so that’s why I’m asking. If you want to talk about Splash Mountain, go to literally any of the threads about it.
For the short while it lasted, I think that Splash and CBJ made for a strong mini-landI mean…if I may? Critter Country (the land rename that came about because of Splash) fit the Country Bears better than “Bayou Country”. The aesthetic of Splash also paired better with CBJ.

I was familiar with that meaning of bear but confused because Eric is not gay (and I don’t even think his character would have qualified)— but I was hoping I had misunderstood because I’ve met Eric and he was lovely and it would be cool to have (unknowingly) met a real life country bear. They should make a ride with him in it.My favorite animatronic singing bear is from The Mickey Mouse Revue:

Ok guys let’s place our bets now. Will the music be tasteful and at an acceptable volume (looking at you San Fransokyo) or will it kill the ambiance?
I mean, I can’t argue with you there. I don’t get why they renamed it to Bayou Country and then readded the Country Bears- if anything the name change feels like Pooh is on his way out. Critter Country pre-Pooh was objectively the best that area has ever been themed. Man, I wish I could’ve experienced it.I mean…if I may? To be fair the Country Bears do at least geographically fit the whole Southern theme of Bayou Country. It could definitely work with more theming to make it fit. Even Splash could hypothetically work with that theme. It's really only Pooh that clashes with the theming of both lands, both the Pacific Northwest style of CC and the Southern style of BC.I mean…if I may?
