I miss the ol’ Fried Green Tomato Sandwich.
With sweet potato fries…
And the ‘honeybee hive’ cupcakes.

Ooohhh baby….!

The Tony Baxter showed up with plates full of honeybee hive cupcakes. They started to feed each other as they talked about different Figments and Thunder Mountain. Finally, Tony suggested, they go on Splash Mountain together. Tony got on the log with Figment's Friend right behind so she could keep hang on tight. They started the first lift hill and....and....and....Tiana is looking for a band.

I had the chance to ride Disneyland’s ‘Splash Mountain’ with Tony and a friend, but bless his heart he didn’t want to get wet!
What could have been…

But we went over and rode Big Thunder, The Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean together instead.
Yes, we did.
It was wonderful.

Tried an assortment of the BBQ at Hungry Bear on my last trip and it was actually pretty decent. I was surprised. We were all very hungry and expectations were in check but everything was good. Ribs, Brisket sandwiches, burgers, baked beans and coleslaw. Loaded fries were good too but we had already tried those on our previous trip. Was really surprised the ribs and brisket were as good as they were but pound for pound the pulled pork is probably the best being that its shredded and swimming in sauce its easier to get right and more likely to be moist. Not sure if they already changed the fries or they just ran out but the beer battered fries were being substituted with regular fries. Hopefully it's the latter. We were a larger group than usual on this last trip and the order took quite a while. I went to check to see my food just sitting on the counter, ice cold like it had been sitting there for 10 minutes +. Apparently they lost track and were missing a couple of the items to complete the order. I had them redo the $115 worth of ice cold BBQ.

Could not hear any music at all. It's the weirdest thing. Are they still in some test and adjust phase or did they just decide to let the atmosphere be the star of the show at Hungry Bear?
