Here's a crazy idea...

Ok guys, here it goes. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe that the 20k in tokyo DS is a simulator, and not only has duplication of attractions apparently become an art form, but wdw MK doesn't have an actual simulator, AND there would more than likely be enough room left over for a little mermaid dark ride which would tie in the undersea theme, or I guess a little mermaid lagoon play area would be acceptible as long as I had a 20k ride. Whatever happens, lets not waste the land. And please, NO Harry Potter. Put in in the studios.

Didnt I read that this had been settled, or was that just one of the many other lawsuits going on?

I just love meet n greets why build a high tech ride that you have to maintain when you can just stick some lowpaid geezer in an oversized suit and voila a whole host of merchandising opportunities, pens books pictures frames, ahh the registers are ringing with joy.

Ok.. Correcting you :animwink:

TDLs 20k is a suspended motion base ride - think Peter Pans Flight for the 21st century. Your vehicles physically travel along an overhead track... and there is no water. Ok - a little bit: using wet for dry (or is it dry for wet) technology, the only water is between the 2 pieces of glass that make up each window of your vehicle - this is where the bubbles are produced... a lot cheaper than the old WDW 20K!It would be a damn shame if we lost this prime MK land to another meet and greet... including the dry dock you could fit an entire Space Mountain sized building on the plot with plenty of room to spare.

BTW - correct me if I`m wrong, but isn`t WDWs 20k lagoon actually at the natural water tabel level?? Assuming so, there is going to be a HELL of a lot of infill needed to get the lagoon level not only upto ground level, but also to then get the new level up to utilidor roof level... unless they might expand the utilidors at the same time? Of course, the plan may actually call for a lowered ground level for whatever is going in there... how about a new Main St. Mall in a big hole where you can`t climb out unless you purchase something? :lol: Shhhhh - don`t tell Eisner!

If this area is going to be a Hundred Acre Woods and since there is already a Pooh ride, does that mean that this area is unlikely to ever have a ride - contrary to what has been suggested on earlier threads?

To PLTram welcome to the boards. Marni watch the language man, just keep it to yourself. There are little kids who see this site. Anyway I think this is just a lot of hype. And nonsense. Wht would Diz build another area, when it is having TREMENDIOUS problems with the areas/staff members it already has?

How can we communicate without language?

I take it I can figure out what words have rattled your cage, but Im pretty sure they can be heard in church most Sundays.

Just relax, as Im damn sure Im not going to get worked up about hell or its occupants:animwink:

Actually the words used in church have a totally different context.
Damnation is a curse put upon a man who does not accept Jesus as his Lord and Savoiur. And Hell is a real place where Satan is bound. We can communicate without the language, look at all the other posts. 99% do not contain nor have the need to contain foul language. And if you wanna go on right ahead, I really don't care. Just don't do it when I am around Ok? I think that is only fair.

Oh I see its OK to post but only if the terminology used fits your narrow and selective perspective, seems fair. Why am I not surprised with your intolerant fundamentalist post.

I guess Im damned then, and as Bon Scott once sang "Hell aint a bad place to be" and if heaven is populated with sanctimonious dobbers like you I think he may be right.

I would beg to differ about how effective any communication is without language, ride spaceship Earth to get what Im on about.

So if you’re not using language how are you able to produce that statement? Or are you trying to say that you don’t use foul abusive or words that you deem to be a curse? I take it that is what you really mean. Perhaps you should give up some bible study time to work on your communication skills.

And if youre not so bothered about such things dont be so quick to jump down peoples throats, or perchance are you at the madam?

I am saying that there are plenty of other words that can be used instead of cursing to make a point clear. And communication skills are not used with put downs and unkind remarks.

I don’t doubt that for a minute, and its not something I would mock swearing is a bad habit and one I struggle to control but after 22 years of service its a hard habit o break. I was questioning your interpretation of several posts, you appear to be reading into things that aren’t there or failing to grasp a point that myself or others are trying to make by taking things literally.

Dude shut up is not language. I could care less how many times you say it. To Pumbas I appreciate your thoughts all of them. I was not trying to read into something that wasn't there. Marni and I are good friends that is why I said that to him. Nithing personal towarsd him or you. And you can stop cursing, it is a simple thing to do. Any habit can be broken in 21 days if you stick to it. And I am pretty sure you can. To DisneyFan I understand what you are saying. Ok thats fine but I was under the impression that speech was free, with certain restrictions. But what it really means is that no poster should post anything in case in upsets anyone with strongly held beliefs.

This board has a filter, it blocked the P E E word before but allows hell and damn, so I guess we dont really need thread police, if thats ok with you?

As for snipping just trying to clarify a few points so as their was no misunderstanding.
