Not the "rain for half an hour and then the sun comes out" South Florida rain? Aww, that's too bad. A co-worker friend of mine was in N. Fl. this morning and said it was beautiful - he was rolling around my old stomping grounds in Ponte Vedra Beach.

It is so dry here - there were 10 wildfires in the local area yesterday and during the late news, 2 were still burning.

It is hot and dry here. And the guy who is supposed to have put my sprinkler system in a week ago is still nowhere to be seen! :rolleyes:

It hit 90 for the second straight day here. *dying of heat*

My daughter finished her sophomore year today and son finished yesterday. We (my wife and I) have survived another year of school! :lol: :sohappy:

At least your Lil'Mermaid doesn't have any more Mondays in high school - there's some relief, right? :D

Its around 65 now, but it should be mid to high 80s this weekend.

Congrats on making it thru another year. :sohappy:

Pretty soon I'll have no more 5:30 am days for 2 years. :D

I have to practice because otherwise I'm gonna die the night of prom, I'm not very good on heels. My date (a good friend of mine) told me today "Why don't you just wear your converse? You cant fall off them cause their flat, and their comfortable." I seriously think that he may try to get out of his house in his converse and tux. :brick:
