In answer to your question, I also occasionally have problems posting, but my computer is rather slow (but I have a new one in a box in my living room)

Been a busy week. Relationship is going great. Unfortunately she took a bit of a tumble yesterday and was a little shaken up a bruised. She just wants to spend the weekend in bed asleep and is not up to receiving visitors, so I'm not going over tonight.

The GF does not recall any towels or females with unusually long necks. She just fell from a small step stool and shook herself up (she bruises easily) and knocked her tooth crown off but assures me she will be fine after a weekend's vegging and lots of hot baths.

As for joining the townies - Bristol City Centre on a weekend is a dreadful place to be - unless you like mindless drunken violence. Just up the street from me is no better - just a miniature version of the same thing. A police riot van went in that direction about twenty minutes ago.

Slacker! Just kidding!:lol: Actually I do like a little down time in the afternoon. Dh believes down time consists of a quick stop for a turkey leg. I don't know where he gets his energy! I always need a vacation after the vacation!

We've spoken a few times since then. The fall was yesterday morning. This morning she had to get up early to drive to BBC Radio Wales for an interview (free publicity for her florist shop) then visit the dentist then work a day in the shop. That was just too much for her in her present state.

We chatted just before I made the original post and will do so again tomorrow. She wants to be fully rested for next weekend.

Looks like the Bonfire night celebrations we were going to attend tomorrow may get rained off, forecast is LOUSY.
