Days go by so fast now. One moment, it's Monday. And all of a sudden it's Friday. Then you go "Wooo! Weekend!" and then you blink and it's Monday again. I don't like it. It just feels too routine. Every day needs to be special.

I'd like to have Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" as my personal theme music. Not any of the lyrics...just the opening riff.

. . . so I'm at B.B. King's place on Beale Street last Saturday night. I'm watching this band, and the guitarist/singer is the son of a guy who has been one of B.B.'s side men over the years, then they introduce the lead singer - a guy named "Jellybean" who played with Morris Day & the Time, and they crank into a kickin' rendition of "Superstition."
