LOL - I too am an overpacker, but I can honestly say that I've never brought the coffee-maker (except when camping). They must have a blast when they x-ray your luggage!

Almost as much fun as the year I brought my flute with me on vacation...it was in my carry-on, of course, and I had some 'splainin' to do at security on THAT one, let me tell you...
