Oh NO!!!

My husband has occasional bouts with back pain, so I'm very sympathetic. Once, we were loading the car to go on vacation, and he leaned over the wrong way - didn't even pick the suitcase up! - and threw his back out. We had to go buy portable ice packs. Whenever one warmed up, we tossed it back in the cooler and applied a fresh cold one. (They tell me this works with beer cans, too, but we didn't try it!) :lol:

Anyway, remember that lying on hot beach sand is excellent therapy...

Plan on being there very soon. The spasms have stopped & its just a little stiff. Hopefully a good nights sleep will help.
I'm finally finished packing & will head off to bed in just a few.

As far a back problems go, my Mother has a twist in her spine that causes problems, but a Tens machine has done wonders for keeping the pain at bay.
