**Huggles** How about a pair of ear plugs. Thats what my DH uses when the kids are home.

There are some things...like my alarm, that would not make earplugs a good option.

Well, you would get to talk to the police about all the noise...

he never had any trouble hearing the alarm, but it kept the TV & kids fighting out.

I just called the apartment office to complain....he was playing a loud movie when I got home from work around 6pm yesterday, which is annoying, but I can live with that....12:30am is a very different story, esp since he seems to play the movies in his bedroom, which is right below mine.

I don't know, he just moved in. He is probably some mindless yob, as otherwise he would have some type on sense that he live in an apartment, and has neighbors with adjoining walls/floors/ceilings. I too have a home theater system, but I only ever set up 2 or 3 of the 10 speakers, as I don't want to kill my neighbors.

There are stupid people who are not yobs, but I must admit the odds (at least were it over here) would point to a selfish yob. I gather it's up to the apartment office to police the situation. Hope they do the right thing.

We I called the office, the guy was not too interested in my problem....I may unleash "a$$hole Brad" on them again.

Hmmmmm Kinda makes glad that I rented a house in a quite neighborhood and got out of the apartment thing awhile ago.

Looking at getting a condo or something in the not too distant future though.

I am trying to buy a townhouse, as a condo would not be much of an improvement, but nothing good is on the market right now.
