I never saw the Lion King, but I saw Beauty and the Beast. That was awesome!

I've seen both in London, afraid I found Beauty and the Beast rather poor - to me it looked like an American scriptwriter had been told about the British tradition of pantomime and tried to write one despite never have seen a production of this type.

Lion King though, was terrific. I did not think it would stand a chance of living up to the hype - but it did

Lion King is a wonderful stage show. I still get goosebumps thinking about it.

I got my grades today! I got a 4.00 for the semester! :sohappy:

I am back from Michigan, where I have been since 12/23....it was VERY cold, and we had plenty of snow (about 6 inches) for Christmas, which was nice (from indoors).

I had a great time, but I miss Speck (whom I can pick up later this morning :sohappy: )

Huggles from a blustery San Diego! It's almost 2 am here, but I'm having too much fun staying up watching this storm to go to bed. It's real windy and rainy. Looking at the traffic reports is hilarious... the map is covered in them, even at this time in the morning. And it's expected to be even worse tomorrow. Something tells me I'm not gonna be working tomorrow!

On the bright side, I got my Invertebrate Physiology grade today: a B-!! :sohappy: I was terrified that I wouldn't even pass that class!

The roads are crazy. On my way to work I was almost hit 3 times and two times was by a semi truck (same truck).

Speck stays at the Vet office....I used to have a friend stay and watch her, but with her health not being great the last few weeks, I think the vet is the best place for her.
