Its a dreary Monday morning. *huggles* to all. At least I don't have to get up at 5:30 anymore. :sohappy: (until September)

Happy Monday Gang.... its nice out here... but huge storms are moving in.


There is a HUGE trade show in our building all week.... and this place is a madhouse Oh ... and I top of that... some guy almost nailed my car in the parking garage

I gave him the look of death.... then his friend got out and apologized.... :lol: And we starting joking...lol

Glad a fight didn't ensue . Looks like storms are moving in here, too. (and the softball playoffs start tonight.)

I've got the weather channel on. They said that storm is about an hr away from Chicago, but will only "clip" it and move south. Whatever that means. lol

Nah.... I'm looking at the live radar right now... its heading right for us.... some larger cells are to the north and south of us though.

The leading edge of a large area of rain and thunderstorms was located near Interstate 39 at 805 am...and reach Interstate 55 and Interstate 94 corridor...including will... DuPage...Lake...and Grundy counties...between 845 am and 915 am. The storms will reach Lake Michigan...including downtown Chicago...between 930 am and 1030 am. Widespread winds in excess of 40 mph will occur with the initial passage of storms...with some areas potentially having greater than 60 mph winds. In addition...widespread one to two inches of rain is likely...which will produce flooding of streets.

I had a tornado dream the other night... quite vivid and creepy.

But I do like storms... except when I am in the middle of World Showcase. :lol:

We don't have White Castles down here. We do have Krystals which are about the same thing. I ate them when I was little, but don't anymore.
