Yesterday was Mallory's kindergarten graduation! :sohappy: and a little bit :( I knew I'd end up crying, but I did okay. :) Mallory's teacher put a poem she wrote in the program... I thought it was really nice. Wanna hear it? Here it goes!

I look at you and I see me.
Not the me I am, but the me I always wanted to be.
You are the princess and the football player,
the doctor and the dragon slayer,
You are the me I could never become,
but you are my future, Little One.
May your dreams fly high and may they prevail,
For you are the writer of this tale,
and with God's help and lots of laughter,
May you live happily ever after.

(Can ya tell she's a Disney fanatic? :animwink: ) And here is the proud graduate, along with her favorite letter person, hehe:

Very, very cute, Christy!

Also, she looks like she's got a lot of stage presence. (Since I'm a music teacher currently producing FOUR kindergarten graduation ceremonies, I know stage presence when I see it!) :animwink:

Ok, the townhouse was in good shape, and it included all appliances (which the washer and dryer looked brand new). The place is only about 5 years old or so, but I would need to replace the carpet, not because it is in bad shape, but because it is peach in color. Also, one bedroom was painted a teal color, which would be harder to paint over (and they used some crappy painting technique). It had pretty much everything I was looking for (except it was not an end unit) but it is not the one for me.

Well, FIGMENTMOM, *totally ignorning speck* she actually does have a LOT of stage presence. It's so funny, Kaitlyn is totally opposite. As soon as she's on stage her face becomes completely serious and her shoulders hike up two inches. :lol: Mallory was all smiles and dancing and having fun! We actually had a psychic tell us once (:lookaroun ) that Mallory would make her mark "on the stage." (Brian, Vince, no mention of "are poles to be involved", please.) :rolleyes:

She did get her graduation present today, the thing she has wanted more than anything else for the past two years (besides a pony).... A GUITAR!! :sohappy: :lol:

I love my DirecTV. Are you getting a decent sports package? We've got the baseball one, its kinda hard to tear Lil'mermaid away at night. All Baseball, All The Time!:eek:
