But, I just use a paper plate in the microwave. :lol: :eek:

The microwave can be very healthy for many food options, especially veggies, as it wont cook all of the good stuff out of them.

To be honest... time is just something I dont have... so I do tend to eat out more then anything (NOT fast food though). However... if I am at home... I try to nuke something at least something healthy(er) :lol: :lookaroun :wave:

I use Calphalon One Infused Anodized. Expensive, but definitely worth it. Cleans up with soap and water and soft cloth very easily.
Does an excellent job with deglazing of sauces!:D

Salmon steak done in the micro comes out very juicy and makes a nice lunch.

I use my cast iron pans on the stove and my CorningWare in the micro.

yeah....I don't have a lot of time either....many times I will stage meals for hte next few days when I do have time....they can cook while I walk the dog, or get changed, or whatever
