My hubby is scheduled to attend a convention in Anaheim, CA next week.
He is booked to stay at the Hilton near the park.
Although he will be working during most of his stay, he is planning to take a little time to tour Disneyland.
Neither of us has ever been there.
He keeps joking w/ me by telling me that he will take plenty of pics for me, but I am still jealous!
I want to go to Disneyland too! :brick:

Oooohhhh, too bad you can't go! I love Disneyland! It is so different from WDW some in good ways and some in not so good ways. Wait until he sees the castle for the first time, it is short. It feels like you can touch the top of it when you are standing at the end of main street. I like the shops at Disneyland much better than WDW and for reasons I can't really explain, it feels like there is more of them and they are more spread out. I would love to go back. Anaheim is so congested tho, the parks almost feels like it is in the middle of the city. At least in WDW it is set apart from the actual hustle and bustle of the city.

Hide in the luggage, he'll never know! :p

He called me tonight & he mentioned the fact that it is extremely congested. He is taking plenty of pics for me!

BTW - Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, & Jasmine approached him & gave him an extra 1 day park hopper ticket (I told him that they must have felt sorry for him since he was visiting Disneyland all alone).

:ROFLOL: That sounds like something I'd say to my husband.

I hope you get to go sometime soon
