HS worst counter service

The only quick service I've had there in Starring Rolls. I've had good meals there a few times. They make excellent sandwiches. You can choose a piece of fruit instead of chips as a side. Very fresh and healthy.

There are so many terrible options to choose from!!

However, I think The ABC Commissary takes the cake as the worst.

DHS is definitely not a place to go to for a good meal, be it TS or CS.

I have refused to eat counter service at DHS the last several trips. This trip I plan on trying Staring Rolls. I would agree with everyone else though ABC is the worst!

Like everyone else, I have to say the Studios has across-the-board sub par quick service everywhere but ABC Commissary is by far the worst. It's truly not edible. :hurl:

I used to stop at the Commissary on every trip in the early 2000s. Plenty of seating and cool props made it a fun choice for me. But the last time I ate there, in 2008, I had the most disgusting hamburger ever. It had no taste, terrible texture, and the world's worst hamburger bun...sad!

Guess who I'm voting for?..............

ABC Commissary!!!

Worst Disney meal I've EVER had!

Incidently, the only really good counter service I've had at the Studios is Starring Rolls.

I would only consider eating at Starring Rolls in DHS. Generally we hop a boat over to Epcot and eat at WS.

I have found that many people do this and it makes me want to ask "Why not just take the boat to any of the wonderful TS and CS dining options that surround Crescent Lake?". There are so many options and tastes in the resorts to fit anyones palette, why not have a bite to eat and then go back to DHS to enjoy the rest of your day?

That's very true, there are a bunch of options at the different resorts around Crescent Lake. I'll be honest I tend to forget about them when I'm not in the area and for CS my family knows the Epcot area a lot better so we don't need to think too much about what we want. For TS though we definitly consider that area more.

Please understand I'm not barking at you nor am I trying to make an example of you and your family! But as I said I do see a bunch of posters here on WDW Magic that say how they park hop just to get a bite to eat and it just seems like alot of work and effort to eat when there are other options! :)

For quick service, it is the time it takes to travel to Crescent Lake and back. I can just take whatever quick little thing at a CS to hold me off until dinner some where nice. I can spend 30 minutes getting something quickly or...

Exit DHS
Wait for a boat
Take a slow boat ride
Get off
Find somewhere to eat
Eat
Walk back to the boat pickup
Wait for the boat
Take a slow boat ride back
Go through bag check
go through the turnstile
Go to where we want next

Instead of all this, I could have waited in StandBy for TSMM twice.
