We were the Indians. Since I've graduated, they've decided that wasn't PC and changed it to the Eagles. The fight over that at my school was even on CNN. :lol: Issaquah High School will always be the Indians to me.

We were the Cherokees and that was changed to the ravens because something to do with the Cherokee nation didn't like it. We were the Sam Houston High School Cherokee's. But I will always be a Cherokee.

Hingham Harbormen (how lame...he looked like the Gordon's Fisherman)

I cannot get away from gold as a school color. In elementary school our colors were blue and gold, in middle they were burgundy and gold, high school was green and gold and college is black and gold. grrr too much gold! I like silver better.

We were The Townies. Our mascot was this fiesty little guy (but not a leprechan) with his fists raised, ready to fight. Great role model. :lol:

High School - Pope Greyhounds. The name and mascot isn't too intimidating, but we were pretty good in Basketball, Football, and Baseball back when I was there
College - Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. The name speaks for itself.
