How to get into old Imageworks?

So I'm at WDW right now, and I tried to get into the old Imageworks last night. I went up and simply asked if I could see it, and they gave me this whole lecture about how it was nothing up there (yes, I've seen the pictures) and how I cannot go up there.

However, there have been people on this site that went up there, and I was wondering what you said to be able to do that?

In August 2010, I saw a little girl about two or three years of age almost get to the old ImageWorks. About three quarters of the way up, her dad got her down.

I think the tour: The unDISCOVERed Future World or something along those lines takes guest to ImageWorks.

I think it used to, but not anymore. I went on the tour in 2009 and it did not take us into ImageWorks. I was hoping....

Some tours used to go up there, as said.

As of now, it is backstage and thus prohibited to guests without permission.

Sometimes you just have to get a CM or manager on the right day in just the right mood...
