How to customize a title under your name?

I noticed some people under their name have a customer saying. How do you do this? Thanks!

I soooo much prefer the gnome. When I joined, I got the set of Ginsu knives with the 52 lifetimes warranty and the handy orange peeler. It was either that or the POPEIL POCKET FISHERMAN. I gave up pocket fishing a long time ago. :lookaroun
