How to cancel ADR

Is there a way to cancel ADR on property without using the phone? I don't want to stay on hold forever just to cancel. I have gone up to concierge desk at our resort before and gave them our resi number but mostly we are at the parks when we need to cancel.

Yes, if you are at the parks you can go to guest relations to cancel an ADR. Possibly the CM's at the restaurant podiums can do it; I'm not sure on this. Someone else will chime in, I'm sure.

Guest relations, the podium at the restaurant or your concierge can all handle this for you! :wave:

Yeah Id just do it at the desk at your resort!

If you don't want to stay on hold with dining while in the parks, call the front desk of your hotel and ask them to cancel it for you. That should be faster than the dining line. Also, as others have said, any podium should be able to do it for you. I know they can make dining ADRs for other restaurants, I assume they would be able to cancel.
