How many of you "cheat" with fast passes?

Wow, that's pretty bad, although I found some FPs on my nightstand 2 days before our most recent trip from about a year earlier BTM and yes we used them, and yes I felt guilty...f

Fastpasses on the night stand for a year?! Someone doesn't clean very often!

I don't use expired ones, I have a friend who is a CM, so I get a handful of "re-entry passes" each trip!

Acutally it was in my AP sleeve that was sitting on the nightstand, but yes I don't clean my nightstand. That's women's work:lol: (JK)

For me its not as much using them on different trips, its more of pushing the little button on the back of the machine. :lookaroun

TRUE THAT! :dazzle:
i once actually got in trouble with a test track CM.... bad times. They made me give every one back, except the real one. So now my trick is to have a cousin come with me, go behind there and give me the cards, and as hes doing this hes also pressing the button.
i know. im ashamed of my self as welll... but .. tower of terror... so awesome to just go on it 5 times in a row instead of a 70 minute wait.

im sorry.

I have done far worse things, such as sneak into test track over the little chains and give in year old fastpasses. I also wait for a large group to go on other attractionsand simply flash my invalid passes. Hey, im a local, i cant always make my fastpass times on the same day. When i am with visiting family i always follow the rules, setting a good example.

You all act like these are hideous actions! They're not, so you cheat the system a little. I can never get those buttons on the back of the machine to work, how do you do that?

I would not say "hideous". Just dishonest. I might try to use one that was a few hours old, BUT I would be honest with the CM and just hope they would let me in. I just can't bring myself to cheat or be dishonest about anything. I have morals. But alot of people don't. To those of you who sneak in or cut in line or cheat the system in any way....what makes you think you deserve special treatment over other park guests?? We all paid to get in the park. Part of going to Disney is accepting that you have to wait for things. Live with it.

I'm not smart enough to even consider thinking about maybe doing that:)lookaroun ). Heck, it takes me an hour to cook minute rice if that tells you anything.

Well I've never really cheated the system by using year old fastpasses. When the family goes to the parks, we are usually a party of six with only four of us actually using the fastpass. Well one of us will "misplace" our fastpass so that three people can have another go on the ride. :lookaroun Its awful. I know I'm a horrible person.

I have never even tried to use a FP on different days, let alone months later. I have tried to use expired ones on the day they were issued. I'm not going to criticize anyone that has used them after they were days, weeks, or months old but I wouldn't encourage people to do it either. I do however think bragging about doing this is a little over the top but - whatever...

The FP machines have long been changed to now require a key that the CM has to activate the button. I hope you're also aware that pushing that button and being caught by a CM would also get you escorted out of the park as well.

O I do this all the time, I have a whole bunch of fastpasses in my wallet for various attractions from previous trips that I plan to and will use on my upcoming trip. I always get fastpasses even when I know I wont be able to use them that trip, I do so to use them on other trips.

I always carefully observe to see if the cm is looking hard at the fp and the dates, if they arent I go through that entrence, if not I hop over halfway through the standby and use it then. It really does do magic.

I just hope this new fp thangy thing doesnt mess up our devious plans.

I've never used one from a different day, but I've often showed up 6+ hours later than my return window. The Unofficial Guide actually endorses that practice LOL.

I don't get what's so hard about using the Fastpass on that day. That's what the Fastpass is meant for- use on that day.

I've been told many times, by different CM's, that you don't have to use the FP in the allotted 1 hour time slot. As long as you go after the start time, the FP is still good that day. By saying "a few hours old" are you saying this is not the case? Are we supposed to use the FP only within the hour that is on the FP?

With regards to the OP, I never thought to use FP's that way. When leaving the park with unused FP's, I just share a little Disney magic myself and give them away to someone else who can use them that day.
