we are down to 174 oops 173 days till our first visit home. still don't know what resort to reserve yet. thinking either saratoga or wilderness lodge. we are going sept 13-18. still looking for a good deal in airfare from philly to orlando

Anyway keep on trying and i'm not telling my husband it's going to be that crowded. Hopefully it won't be that crowded with people staying outside the result, without the free food plan, why would you go at that time?

That's what the little hopeful voice in the back of my mind says.

The logic goes like this:
Lots of people are going to get free dining.
It was offered because this is traditionally a slow time
Free dining (and a 5-day weekend off school) is why we are going at the end of September.
Off-site people don't get free dining, so why would they go during hurricane season?

(however....)
Food & Wine Fest starts that week
MNNSHP is going on during that time
There is a Disney collectors' convention at the Swan
There is a triathalon the week before--many of them might stay to play afterwards
