Go ahead, how many?

Count them on your fingers now!!!

No, how about writing them ALL down...

Yes...I KNOW you have been to THAT many.

So this is how this poll works...Click on the resort that you have been at...as many as you'd like (or have REALLY stayed at)

Then post how many you have stayed at...which one was your TRUE favorite and WHY?

Discuss and vote.

Our first ever trip was at the Disney Inn - Way back in the day!
Polynesian - once
Beach Club - once
Carribean Beach - once
Wilderness Lodge - once
Villas at Wilderness Lodge- once
Fort Wilderness - 3 times
Dixie Landings (POR) - too many times to keep count of - my estimated guess is 24

I count 12 resorts (separated the All-Stars):

All-Star Sports
All-Star Music
All-Star Movies
Animal Kingdom Lodge
Boardwalk Inn
Caribbean Beach
Coronado Springs
Polynesian Resort
Pop Century
Port Orleans Riverside
Saratoga Springs
Wilderness Lodge

Of course I've stayed at most of these resorts multiple times. I hope to stay at the Grand Floridian and Contemporary resorts soon.

Caribbean Beach (1 and this was the first stay on property!)
Riverside (I've lost count I think 6)
All-Star Sports (2)
Wilderness Lodge (5 or so)
Grand Floridian (1)

Favorites are definitely Wilderness Lodge and Grand Floridian, I like them both, but WL was way way way cooler with Christmas decorations so I'll have to go with that one :)

1. Grand Floridian
2. Polynesian
3. Contemporary
4. Wilderness Lodge & also Villas
5. Beach Club & also Villas
6. Yacht Club
7. Boardwalk Inn & also Villas
8. Animal Kingdom Lodge (& also Villas in main building)
9. Saratoga Springs
10. Port Orleans French Quarter
11. Port Orleans Riverside

Six different resorts for us...

April 2005-Animal Kindgom Lodge(honeymoon)
April 2006-Caribbean Beach
December 2006-Wilderness Lodge
April 2007-Saratoga Springs
Sept/Oct 2007-Old Key West
December 2007-Boardwalk
April 2008-Animal Kindgom Lodge

We have visited all of the other resorts with the acception of All Stars, Pop Century, Swan & Dolphin and Shades of Green.

Our two favorites are AKL and WL, hands down. We love to stay at AKL in the spring and WL during the holidays.

And a bit of trivia. My family first stayed at the Contemporary in April of 1972, when the Garden wings were $24/night, and the Tower was an extravagant $32.

Ya got me beat. Poly was $89 a night on my first onsite trip. Of course rooms out on 192 were $19 a night, so by comparison it was pretty pricey.

lots...

Disney Villas (1984 1st visit)
Dixie Landings (2 times)/Port Orleans Riverside (2 times since the name change)
Caribbean Beach (4 times)
Port Orleans (Before it was French Quarter)
Contemporary (MK view before it was a guaranteed view)
All Star Music (2 times)
All Star Movies
Grand Floridian
Wilderness Lodge (2 times)
Fort Wilderness Campground (cabin and campsite)
Beach Club
Yacht Club (2 times)
Coronado Springs (1 once but have a stay in July)
Animal Kingdom Lodge
Old Key West (2 times)
Saratoga Springs (2 times)
Pop Century (2 times)

Other Disney properties
Disneyland Paris Hotel (Honeymoon...upgraded to President Suite...best view ever!)
Grand Californian
Hilton Head
Disney Wonder
Disney Magic

Upcoming stays

Vero Beach (next Sunday)
All Star Sports (MNSHP in Sept)

Hope to finish the list...not too many left...We have had the Poly booked but had to cancel due to my grandfather's death.

It's too hard to pick my favorite. I really like them all. It really depends what we are looking for in our resort. If we plan on playing in the parks most of the time we do a value resort. If we want to play and relax we do a moderate resort. If we really want to relax we do a deluxe or a villa resort because we want the great pool, resort recreation and dining!
