I have to say that the Poly is my hands down favoriate. I would stay there everytime if I could afford to. The themeing is amazing, the rooms are nice and big and the views are awesome.

I also love the pool, and all of the resturants there are great. If you are going to take a day off from going to the parks and just relax at your resort, this is the place to be.

And of course, nothing beats the transpertaion.

Honestly though, I have never been disappointed with Disney Resort, I would stay at any one of them again.

For our trip this September we are staying at WL. It's my mom's favoirate. The themeing there is great, and the fact that it's all in one building is really a big plus for her.

We are now DVC and will never go back to value resorts.

BC Villas is favorite because of proximity to Epcot and DHS. Like going to Boardwalk in the evenings.

Favorite Value: Movies
Favorite Moderate: French Quarter
Favorite Deluxe: Contemporary North Garden

And a bit of trivia. My family first stayed at the Contemporary in April of 1972, when the Garden wings were $24/night, and the Tower was an extravagant $32.

We stayed at Fort Wilderness for my first trip....Space Mountain was still being built if that gives you an idea of how long ago... :ROFLOL:

(Known as just Port Orleans at the time, before Dixie Landings became Port Orleans Riverside.)

and coming up in September of this year, Caribbean Beach. :D

We honeymooned at Dixie Landings, it will always be Dixie landings to us!

Stayed at Port Orleans twice, Caribbean Beach once, Coronado Springs once...

Then our last non-DVC trip was a last minute quick get-away, we stayed at the All Star Sport... it was that trip and the ensuing madness at the hotel that prompted us to look into DVC and then become members...

We have stayed at all of the DVC resorts a total of 43 times since becoming members in 1999. Like many other DVC members we kept adding on and on and on...

We'll be "home" in May, September (18 nights!) and December.

We have stayed at FW camp sites (when I was little), Wilderness Lodge, the Dolphin, Pop, and Poly.

I know people consider the Dolphin non-Disney, but we could see Epcot and Illuminations every night from our balcony. That and the teacher rate made it awesome!

Poly is the favorite - DS and DD can sleep seperately. The rooms are a nice size, and nothing beats a castle view!:)

Also off site - some good, some bad, but the Disney Hilton is nice, big rooms, and at Downtown Disney.
