This was the restaurant that made me understand this scene…Remy on the Fantasy was outstanding. We did the champagne journey!
The lobster and mango salad course was the best thing I’ve ever eaten, until a couple courses later when the Toothfish came, which was then topped by the Wagyu, I’m a bourbon drinker in large part because I love the experience of searching for flavors when tasting bourbon, Remys was the first time I had that same experience with food, my brain was racing the whole time trying to “place” the flavors I was experiencing.
As for days until our next DCL we have a placeholder burning a hole in my pocket, we want to use it for another Very Merrytime cruise, just need to find a date that works with our work schedules.
