Never used them, but am going on a trip with a bunch of friends in August. What is the fee? and any info would be great!

Kingdom Konsultants works like most travel agencies do. You work with them to put a trip together and they will call and take care of the arrangements. The good part of Kingdom Konsultants is that they know Disney inside and out. They also know all of the discounts that are available so you can get the best price. They also provide concierge level service so you don't have to worry about calling to book your dining or any other requests. The fee to you is nothing. You just have to pay whatever the vacation would cost you normally. Disney pays travel agents a commission for their work.

As a former KK agent, I might be a little biased. However, having worked with other people before...the team there is phenomenal. You won't be disappointed with the service, no matter which agent you use. I miss working with them, but unfortunately my last year of college became more pressing than the job.

I am typing up an email tonight!

That is probably best, give them the general information on what you want, dates, hotel preferences, level of Disney experience, possible suggestions on what your dining preferences might be. then you can arrange for a phone conversation.

Another great advantage of using KK is that once you have made your arrangements, they continue to monitor Disney for newer promotions and the like, and will call you back if a cheaper alternative is available. You don't have to constantly be checking on all these possibilities yourself.

It should also be noted that KK is "Earmarked" meaning that they are officially recognized by Disney as a premier Disney agent. Aside from the recognition, they recieve special training direct from Disney, so are able to optimize the planning significantly.
