Hollywood Studios Sorcerer Hat

Recently, while on the Keys to the Kingdom tour, our tour guide told us that in the near future Hollywood Studios would be undergoing some big changes. He said "that the park will be moving in a new direction". He also said that the Sorcerer Hat (which I love) will be coming down!

Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? :shrug:

Sooner rather than later, please! And I wouldn't mind it being relocated to a location outside the park, or maybe even Downtown Disney. Maybe that's a stretch. Maybe they'll just auction off every other square foot of hat.

DtD is a great idea for a possible relocation!!?

I guess however it is now the Parks Icon, so either something new will have to be built/used, or the Hat will have to move somewhere it can still be seen!!!

Who knows when DHS is concerned, thats one park with no fixed ID, just about anything goes and can almost make sense to some extent!!!
