Well yes. Rehearsals almost always take place in the overnight hours. They’ve run full night parades with guests too. But that won’t happen under Covid operating conditions
Interesting. Genuine question here not a challenge.

Why would it not be an option to do something in the evening hours during over. Undercurrent covid-19 dishin they can do a parade / cavalcade during daylight hours. They can rehearse up raid / calvacade during evening hours. But they could not do a parade / calvacade during evening hours? Why would that be? And again I stress I'm genuinely asking here. Not trying to set you up for a gotcha or a flame. Just sincere dialogue.

It’s considered a safety risk moving floats through the streets at night without the full parade stanchion set up to keep guests where they should be

They’ve done it in the past with move it shake it.
Also for the villains parties but those were also way more limited.

The more I think of it they probably won't do any evening cavalcades. Not necessarily because they can't but there May not be time to do so. We know they're going to do evening projection shows. I think it'd be a bit much to try to work in some evening cavalcades on top of the evening Production shows and not get a cluster of too many people together.

Glad jingle cruise is back.

Considering that the crew that puts out the stanchions, ropes, and the miles of tape for the parades have been DCP for most of the parades I've seen over the years, there might be insufficient staffing.
