Hocus Pocus Merch

I really like the movie Hocus Pocus, it's obviously a lighthearted kids film and I think you have to see it as such, I think it works well as the first "scary" Halloween film kids see. Aspects of it are quite frightening for younger kids.

It's true to say Disney has put out a lot of movies that are better, but they have also put out a lot worse too.

Just to confirm;

Yes, Hocus Pocus merch has been pulled from sale (a few items were accidentally sold a few days ago, but it was not generally sold). Likely to be some sort of copyright/artwork issue as designs were very close to another artist's work. It is suspected that all produced merch will be destroyed and no Hocus Pocus merch will be on sale this year.

That's fascinating if true.
Is there precedent for this?

There was the slave Minnie stuff - I know that didnt go over well with branding.

Pins have misspellings all the time, there was the pin with the "forklift accident".

Is this why so many of the Disney Store limited t-shirts use old artwork for the Yesterears series?
