Well, if Emery weren't there Ottawa wouldn't even be in the game... Hope they can rally in the third. If they do, they owe Ray a raise!

No doubt about that. He's played much better than in Game 1. This is the type of game though where all Ottawa has to do is get one goal in. Anaheim has been completely dominated in a game before and came back to win, so there's no reason that Ottawa can't do the same thing tonight. However, if the Ducks do score in the 3rd (or OT) and hang on to win, it has to be tough for Ottawa mentally because they would be down 2-0 and would have been dominated in both games. But like I said before, all it takes is one lucky bounce/break and the entire series can change.

Great game to watch, but being honest, I must say that Ottawa is pretty lucky it was only 1-0. Both goaltenders were FANTASTIC tonight, but Giggy had a lot more help from his teammates. In the 3rd period, it was in Ottawa's zone for about 90% of the period. I guarantee that Game 3 will be very different because Ottawa will surely have a lot more energy playing at home. However if the Ducks can win one of the next two up North, it's going to be very tough.

Ottawa definitely has their work cut out for them now.

I hope they play a lot better at home, any more games like those and the "choke" chants will start.

I personally think the strategy of dumping the puck in and chasing it is just not working against Anaheim, they need to carry it in and make plays. Anaheim didn't play all that much better, but it certainly seemed they were. Still a few too many stupid penalties on their part...

At least Spezza didn't make the blind pass mistakes he made in game 1.

If Ottawa doesn't win both home games, they might as well concede...

I suppose they're not actually allowed to do that, are they? :lookaroun

Great game, great goaltending. Lets not slack off at Ottawa and come back with a win (or 2 :lookaroun ). I know we probably won't win both...Ottawa is going to be pumped up being at home and down two games.

Loved our goal! One on three and through two guys' legs!! (at least, I think two. Did it go through the goalie's legs?)

Looked to me like he was beaten stick side. Great game indeed, can't wait to see Brad May on the cup!!

Ottawa seems better organized tonight. Tied after one, but they're controlling the play a lot better than the first two games. Hope they can keep it up for two more...

The Sens have come to play tonight, but the Ducks seem to be matching the intensity. Huge rebound there to take the momentum back.

And then just a few minutes later, Pronger hits the wide open net for the Sens. What a momentum change. I think it's pretty safe to say this game is over. If we don't win the next one, we're in big trouble.

Pure embarassment

The last half of the 2nd and the 3rd up to this point has been a complete disgrace. Anaheim better get their heads out of their butts or they are in for a series. That was pathetic.

Ottawa seems to have made the right changes, Emery has been shaky or it'd be 5-1. Giguere hasn't seen a lot of what's coming at him.

You're right, the Ducks are not looking good tonight.

Agreed. I didn't watch it (which was probably a good thing), but from what I read in the newspaper today, it didn't sound good at all.

Pronger is out for the next game. Hopefully we will see a similar result to when that happened in the last series against Detroit. Ottawa played a fantastic game last night and still if we hadn't been so stupid in the last half of the game, we could have easily won. But all credit goes to the Sens for taking advantage of the opportunities. Anaheim needs to play desperately in Game 4, like Ottawa did in Game 3. It just wasn't there last night.
