Interesting! Where was this posted?

I also had a thought not sure if this is even feasible but would a tot work without a tall tower as many have said its not a great idea to have something towering the castle example could they go underground for a little bit of it to counteract the height or is there a way to simulate the whole drop?

I think that was just an unofficial mock-up they made for the idea going around for the TOT attraction, nothing official

they could, TOT isn’t a free fall it’s basically a super fast lift system so there is nothing to say the entire drop needs to be above ground, but it would require a lot of imagineering tricks to simulate looking like you are entering a tower when the majority of the drop is actually underground

After I saw Tokyo’s Arendelle castle, I just realised HK’s Arendelle castle top lacks an x-shaped structure like Tokyo, I also searched some Arendelle castle images in film concept art, the structure have been always existed. Why is HK’s castle missing it?

Maybe the budget is not enough?

I don’t know, but I don’t think it needs high budget to install the details.
Compare with Tokyo’s Arendelle castle, this just made me feel HK’s castle looks like a toy.
It’s so shame that HK Arendelle’s everything is so perfectly great except the castle.

Hong Kong's castle is meant to evoke Disneyland scaling. It's all quaint and fantastical. Tokyo DisneySea as a whole is more architectural accurate and larger scaled.

I'm going to take the stance that both takes are actually perfectly correct given the parks they were built for. If these lands came domestically for example, Magic Kingdom would skew more TDS and Disneyland definitely HKDL.

It’s a good point. I also thought if it was because WDI deliberately downplayed some details of HK’s Arendelle castle in order to reflect the distance of the castle.
