My understanding is that the hidden mickey pins are cast member exclusive so your best bet is to try and trade for them. If you see one on a cast members lanyard trade them for it.

That's your answer. Most every CM with a trading lanyard has the hidden Mickey series. Often some of the harder to find ones are on suit CM's, but you can never tell.
Check out the ones currently issued (although older series may also be seen) here and plan your attack.

The Club Salute - This is where new adventurers learn the true meaning of the club's greeting, "Kungaloosh!", and the secret salute to accompany it.

Thank god for wikipedia :)

It is also:

New Kungaloosh Recipe -- since 2000 or so

1 cup Daily's Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
1/4 cup blackberry brandy

Toss it in a blender with enough ice to make it slushy.

(the club drink!)
