Man, I loved that show.
It proved something that most producers don't get, especially when bringing a show over from the UK, it is not the concept that makes the show, it is the personalities.

Man, I loved that show.
It proved something that most producers don't get, especially when bringing a show over from the UK, it is not the concept that makes the show, it is the personalities.

Was that an imported show? I never knew that...but you are right, not only was the premise of the show interesting, so was the host.
They included new technology, entertainment, human interest, and remodeling. All while being an Extreme Makeover version for people who had no need (and if I'm not mistaken...before EM was even around:shrug
.The outcome was always cool, although not something that most people would be comfortable with, but still innovative.
I can't believe that Disney dropped the ball on this...of course TV programming has always been a fickle business.
Perhaps a new producer is in order before the show is canned completely.

Monster House was not an import, but I have seen many examples of failed BBC shows that were attempted over here.
