Time for a battle royale!

When you were growing up, were you a Disney Channel kid through and through or did Nickelodeon slime run green through your veins?

In the red corner, we have NICKELODEON! Providing you with countless hours of entertainment from the greats like...

Though these lists are only a highlight, I'm still very interested to see where my 80s brethren rank the two channels. Be honest. Remember, Jem and Synergy are watching you to make sure you don't lie. Put on your hypercolor shirts, crank your Thriller album, make sure your scrunchie matches your two pairs of neon socks and VOTE!

Well....I can't lie.


I watched them all, really.

But back then, for me, it wasn't Disney vs. Nickelodeon it was just kids shows I liked. But whether its Disney or Nick, the shows that are on today don't compare to what we watched in the 80's. It was waaaay better back then!

Also, by the way, did you know that 'Good Morning, Miss Bliss' (which later became Saved by the Bell) was a Disney Channel show?

I watched both in the 80s. However, I watched more Nick in the 90s. Remember Snick? That was great TV.

Nick all the way!!! Mr. Wizard is the one of the main reasons I developed a love of science. Double Dare was great, my sister and I always wanted to get on that show when we were little. Also, does it get any better then You Can't Do That On Television? All the slime.

On a side note I am not sure if this was a show of the 80's but Salute Your Shorts was classic. Budnick and Donkey Lips ruled!!!!

I can't believe no one has mentioned Clarissa Explains It All yet. :lol: Double Dare, Fraggle Rock, and You Can't Do That on Television rocked my world. Kids Incorporated and Mousercise were shows I couldn't miss though. I watched them every single day they were on.

Nick in the 90s was the shizz. DC had some good shows, but Nick had all the best shows that rotted my brain on a daily basis.
