It just looks like two people made some really good Halloween costumes. I think Costuming did a good job with the color, texture and overall shape of the clothes. Cosmetology has some more work to do, and Helen Keller needs to stop picking face characters again.

I think they did a good job with these characters. The only thing I would change would be for Ron to be in his red shirt and kim in her chearleader outfit. also kims hair needs to be a little more orange

PLEASE READ:
I have taken the pictures down in the original post since some people have decided to criticize rather than praise my friend who was Ron Stoppable in the pictures. Apparently he has gotten criticized personally for having "Bad Show" for not having blonde hair, and honestly to those people, it wasn't his choice to be put out w/o blonde hair, it was the company's. So now, congrats to those who have seen the pics, and sorry to those who won't because of other people's actions. I feel bad because I was doing this so that people could see a preview of what is to come, and my friend who is in the picture loves what he does and you can see it in his face.

That's all I have to say about that.

I think both Kim and Ron are HOT! I would definitely take time out of my visit to get my picture taken and get autographs from both of them. Kat, I appreciate you posting photos for us. I was looking forward to Ron and Kim, and now I'm even more excited!

I don't think anyone was intentionally insulting you friend, but if you want to take away the pictures, thats your choice. I'm still glad I got to see them, and I still think that the characters are the hardest working, yet somtimes the least appriciated, cast members at Disney.

Kat, Tell your friend that the poses he had in the two pics you posted were great. Typical Ron poses!

I admit that I watch it when I can. And they do look close enough to be great walk arounds.

And guys, don't Kim & Ron go incognito so people don't know they're spies?

Let's see where they take this (Disney) and hope they Kat friend stay Ron for a few years or until I come back from my visit in 07.

I can understand your being upset. It's your friend and you took comments personally. In no way do I think anyone, myself included, thinks your friend is a terrible person, or a bad friend. Im sure he loves his job and Im sure he's does it well...In no way do I think he's ugly...I just dont think he/ or she looks the part. That's just my opinion.

When you place pics on here, especially of something new, people are going to voice their opinions. That's one of the things that makes this forum great. Some people may be more articulate than others in doing so, but it's going to happen. Im glad I got to see them, and I look forward to seeing the changes.

kind of topic drift.. but worth bringing up. its kind of an interesting scenario... there not exactly "spies", per se... but rather teenaged crime fighters... Every onein the world knows whi kim and ron are... she has a website after all where ppl go to get her services... so its not really a secret. But there costumes rather are closer to "camouflage"... street camo... sort of like what a SWAT team would wear in order to infiltrate a scene without being noticed... and of course, they ARE teenagers, so didnt really have access to for real SWAT clothes, and Kim IS fashion conscious, so their work garb is the stylish, teenage equivalent of special ops uniforms...

so its really a sense of character integrity... if kim and ron are in those outfits, they must be "on a mission"... that adds to the interaction with the guests... the cheerleader outfit and ron's red shirt would lend more towards just two kids hangin out in the theme park...

ps: i apologize if my previous post alluding to "casting director's decisions" may have fostered any subsequent comments on the casting of these particular characters. That wasnt the direction I meant that to progress in the discussion. I didnot want anyone else to pass judgement on this particular set of ppl... though u ARE all entitled to your opinion. I "personally" think casting did an excellent job in choosing the right personalities and looks to portray these characters.. remember folks, its not always abt the picture... the interaction counts too... all those factors go into recreating these characters accurately.

To throw my 2 cents in, I think as far as face characters goes, they look great. Will "Ron" wear a blond wig or will he have to dye it? (silly question, I know). I think he looks much like Ron except for the hair, and since they already have that figured out, its not a worry. And they definately look to fit the personalities!

I will take my pic down. Please extend my apologies if your friend was offended. I think he will look great in the part. And it sounds like the kids who have seen the picture know who it is and love it, and that is ultimately the reason the characters do what they do!

It's no personal attack on the girl herself, just an observation and an opinion. So don't take offense on behalf of your friend, Ron. Based on the pics (which were great), he looks like an awesome character and I can't wait to meet him.

We still do have to realize, they are testing the characters out right now. The wig for Ron was not ready in time, and he was only out so he could get a feel of the character. Have you ever started a job and just thrown you out into the public the first day... no. They have to practice. Even though Ron wasnt in the right color hair... he still needed to get a feel for how the character acts and interacts with guests. Once they make Ron and Kim a permenant location, there is no doubt in my mind, Ron will have a blonde wig, and Kim will get touched up. The reason you dont see cinderella training with her regular hair is because she isnt a brand new character. they have multiple costumes and wigs for her. For ron and kim, in their case, are brand new and the costumes are just prototypes and the wigs need to be created and sized accordingly. There has to be a period of patience. We shouldnt judge the pictures above of Ron and Kim because they are just test-dummies if you want to call it that.

I can't really tell from that picture, but from what I can tell i think WDWKat26's Ron got the role down better. His pose is very "ron", the other is close but the hair actually makes him look a little less like Ron.
