Help! Need a dispute settled!

I will be celebrating my son's 3rd birthday at WDW this June. I have res. at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace. I need to cancel one this week. It has been a hot debate between the wife and I. We decided since we couldn't come to an agreement, that we would allow the people on this forum to decide for us.

I am not allowed to mention who is for what location though. So please help out as much as you can.

I like CP better, but for a 3-year-old's birthday I'd definitely choose CM. I actually did this for a friend's son just a few years ago and I don't think it could have gone better. The atmosphere is festive and it is the Mouse.

I would go with Chef Mickey's. We took my nephew there when he turned 2 in 2006. He loved it and Mickey even sat down next to him. The look on his face was priceless.

Chef mickeys. Great characters and they really do go to every table. Food was pretty good, alot of items to choose from, but that was at breakfast.

ive been to both trust me keep chef mickey. other wise you will be sitting in crystal palace for a long time and its impossible to get reservations. i did it for a walk in and service was horrible at crystal palace. this was only mabey 4 months ago. keep in mind im 26 no kids and i just wanted to get eyeore autograph. they even managed to screw up a orange juice how i dont know and i didnt eat there for breakfast.

Crystal Palace has the better food but the 3 year old will like it better at Chef Mickeys. Unless the kid prefers Pooh over Mickey I thick CM is the obvious choice.

That being said, if it is just me an the wife, we will always go to Crystal Palace.

Personnally I would keep Chef Mickey's, just love that place (great fun too).

But as others have said if your 3 year old likes Pooh Characters better than Classic Disney go to Crystal Palace. If he does not have favorite go to Chef Mickey's.

It will be replacing Jon and Kate Plus 8 on TLC. Or is it Jon plus 4 and Kate plus 4 now?

I like Tampabrad's idea. Do a google pictures search and show your 3 year old both. Kid's choice.

My 4 year old has been to WDW several times. For our upcoming trip, I gave her a run down of all of the places we have ate. Showed her our pictures and whenever I ask her what she wants she always says... Chef Mickey's and then the Castle.
