Help: Cant pay online

My final payment is due today and disneyworld.com is saying they cant retrive my reservation at this time and try later. I tried several times. What can I do? Can I call the reservation number and pay the balance via phone? Is anyone else having problems retrieving their reservations.

Yes, definitely call.
IMO, when it comes to paying for any portion of the trip, I'd skip the online part all together and just call...too nerve wracking for me to worry about computer glitches and if it really goes through or not.
At least if you call, you get an actual person who does it for you and can confirm it.

I did all my payments via phone, through AAA. The computer worried me too much. You can also send in a check via snail mail too. Disney has lots of ways to accept our money
