Thanks @LuLaSue it was a help but I think I'll skip the filled pretzels nondairy dairy sounds a little to chemical for me and I was from JerseyHealthy may be an optional word here BUT... all the soft pretzels in the world are vegan. I am not sure about the cheese stuffed pretezel, I don't know what the cheese is made of, this may be an exception. I love the sweet pecans in epcot and Germany has a host of vegan chocolate delights.
I have read that Japan has a variety of ice cream pops that are vegan but I am not a fan of tofutti or anything of that nature. If I want ice cream that bad, I assume eat the real thing here.
I am not a huge snacker so, this is a tough one for me.
Well let me at least make believe I'm going to behave I know I won't but best intentions and all that stuff. I think I'm the only person who walks less at Disney than at home! You can forget the healthy stuff when I'm on holiday and all that walking helps keep the weight off anyway. It's a win win.
Chillies are good for you and rev up the metabolism! win win!!Hey! The jalapeño chillies in the margaritas in La Cava make a nice spicy snack, after six or seven chillies washed down with the Maggies you'll have a great nights sleep.![]()
I love chillies,in fact I reckon I'am a chilli head.Apart from the Bhut Jolaka, or the Ghost Chilli as its also known. Now that baby will do more than rev up your metabolism,it will send you to the moon.Chillies are good for you and rev up the metabolism! win win!!

oh, and many of the ice cream places have tofutti or rice dream, and some will have dairy free milkshakes and such made with them.sunshine seasons in the land (qs) has some vegan choices, kakigori is a shaved ice that is vegan in japan, not sure about too many snacks, but at Tusker house, the chef was able to make my husband vegan samosas (the ones on the buffet have some dairy), and most of the cous-cous and salads and rice dishes were vegan.
(now, that was 1.5 years ago, and since then, they have changed to a character meal, so the food/chef may have changed drastically)
I can't remember if it's mousesavers or allears, I think it's allears, but one of them has a very complete list of vegetarian (me) and vegan foods/snacks in Disney. I remember it being very helpful.oxymoron I know but other than ther fresh fruit what are some vegan snacks ie goodies in the world? This means you @LuLaSue any other help would be appreciated. thnx
We took a pedometer one year to see exactly how much we walked around the parks for an entire day. That way we didn't feel bad about eating anything we wanted. We walked over 20 miles!! Now we don't even think twice about that extra cupcake!! LOL!
no idea how, but we eat hog wild at the world (unlike at home) and I always lose 2 lbs or more over the week. We average around 10,000-15,000 steps when the parks close earlier in january.Your pedometer may be a little out of calibration. We always take a pedometer so we can graph and report my daughters exercise for her gym teacher in school because we pull her from school. We walk everywhere we can @ WDW and our longest day was 8.74 miles. Not saying it couldn't be done, but 20 miles in a day would have you walking about 6 3/4 hours consistantly without slowing or stopping, going on any rides, meals or pedestrian traffic. Nonetheless with our 8.74 miles we burned 1137 calories with 20,525 steps. 6609 of those step were aerobic which is basically speed walking. We are a little nuts. After burning all of those calories I personally put on a good 5 lbs per week at Disney and I eat sensibly but have been known to enjoy the occasional cocktail.
