Yes it's allears that has the veggie listing and a couple of articles from the authors of the book oh Lord I can't remember the title but it was vegan eating at WDW. To stay on track I usually grab a few pieces of fruit at the buffets or when we make our grocery store stop I pick up a few healthy options.

Anyone know the distance around WS?

It is about 1.03 miles around WS and another .5 from the promenade to the bus stops. These numbers came from Google Earth's distance calculator using path mode. Probably an average day in Epcot would be somewhere around 3.5 - 4.5 miles after roaming across Futureland a few times.

You are looking at approximately 1.3 miles from the International Gateway @ Epcot to the turnstiles of DHS.

Your pedometer may be a little out of calibration. We always take a pedometer so we can graph and report my daughters exercise for her gym teacher in school because we pull her from school. We walk everywhere we can @ WDW and our longest day was 8.74 miles. Not saying it couldn't be done, but 20 miles in a day would have you walking about 6 3/4 hours consistantly without slowing or stopping, going on any rides, meals or pedestrian traffic. Nonetheless with our 8.74 miles we burned 1137 calories with 20,525 steps. 6609 of those step were aerobic which is basically speed walking. We are a little nuts. After burning all of those calories I personally put on a good 5 lbs per week at Disney and I eat sensibly but have been known to enjoy the occasional cocktail.

Well first of all we park-hopped all day. We were constantly on the move from 8 am until midnight. And my pedometer was working. I tried it when we got home and it was fine. And it was the week after a hurricane so hardly any people in the way.
