This is the first that I have been able to get onto the forums all day. You can start booking May 5 for the 7/5 through 11/18 dates. I already have clients booked for that time frame and will be switching them over and I have had some forum members contact me with their info so that I can get them booked.

As far as new AP rates, I do expect them to come out shortly.

If we have purchased 7 day PHP already, and decide to take advantage of the 7 for 5 deal, do you think Disney will refund the PHPs?
I hope so.

I don't have any codes as of yet, but as soon as I get them I will try to get them posted right away. (depending on how busy I am on the computer...LOL!) The last time the discounts came out I was on the phone and computer from 7 am until 11pm that first day.

I really don't think Disney refunds tickets. The only thing that I know of that they do is upgrade tickets.

:( Pam We went last year during the "Fairy Tale Package time but did not know about until we were there--

However, as Florida residents with seasonal/annual pass' I do not think we could have used it. Didn't it include the tickets? I just remember being "VERY" jealous as I saw people getting the special goodies that were included ! :(

Is it the same type of program this time? With the park hoppers?/pass' ? Would it pay to get this type of package, being a Florida resident? (for the extra days and etc?)

Would love to know if you get a chance-- Thanks:D

Do not fret Pepsistar! FL resident room only rates will be out next week.

The pkg does include tickets. For FL residents who get the seasonal passes, the FL resident room only special is a better deal for you.

It was a regular Dreamaker package, just a bit cheaper :D

We got one gift per room (a picture of Donald in Philharmagic, with a Mickey pin, framed), VIP viewing to firworks and parades, and the usual stuff they put on the packages. I can't remember if we had anything more than that.

Mousesavers posted the following:

Vacation package deal just for Disney's Visa cardmembers! Get a specially-priced Dream Maker package most nights 7/5/04-8/28/04 and receive 25 Disney Dream Reward Dollars for using your Disney's Visa card.

3-night packages from $357 per adult at a Value resort (minimum savings of $42 per adult)
Save even more at the Moderate and Deluxe resorts - Small World Vacations reports rebooking an actual package that was originally $3395.44 and went down to $2727.21 with this offer, which is about 20% off
Package must be booked by 6/15/04. Savings based on Walt Disney Travel Company annual brochure rate for the same package and based on adult double occupancy at a Disney Value resort. Other Walt Disney World resorts are available at varying rates. Number of packages available at this rate is limited. 3-night minimum stay required. No group rates, other discounts or promotions apply. Deposit must be made using Disney's Visa card at time of booking. Offer subject to change without notice.

Eligible 25 Disney Dream Reward Dollars applied one time to total reservation purchase for new reservations only. Total package must be charged to Disney's Visa card to receive 25 Disney Dream Reward Dollars on total reservation purchase. Disney Dream Reward Dollars are subject to the terms and conditions of the Dream Rewards Program. Restrictions apply. This offer allows you to earn 25 additional Disney Dream Reward Dollars on this purchase in addition to the usual 1%, subject to the restrictions stated above. Additional rewards will be posted on your monthly statement as follows: 25 will appear as bonus reward dollars posted and 1% will appear as reward dollars earned from net purchases.

Bonus reward dollars will be earned after hotel check-out has occurred from this Dream Maker vacation package offer. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after check-out has occurred for bonus reward dollars to appear on statement. Disney is responsible for vacation package fulfillment. Bank One is responsible for processing bonus reward dollars.

Note: Reportedly there will be a special package coming soon that will give you 7 nights for the price of 5. That offer will be a better deal for anyone staying 7 nights. For shorter stays, the Disney's Visa Summer Dream Maker is probably the better deal.

To book this package, contact a Disney Specialist travel agent and ask for booking code ZXBO for the Disney's Visa Summer Dream Maker Package.

I posted some time ago that I would not be able to make it to the Meet in July and I had asked if someone would like to take over the planning since I had too much on my plate and not one person has stepped forward.

This thread has officially confused me and i have had my cofee this morning already... now what package is coming out tomorrow? Is this package similar to the one from last summer where you pay X number of nights and get a few for free and it includes the park hopper? ( I believe last year you paid for 4 nights and got 7).

Next question if I'm a Florida Resident (i still have have my FL Driver's LIcense) - am i better off buying the room only wiht the fl. resident discount? However, I noticed at the Disney World website that there was no mention of the seasonal pass for fl residents. I usually buy that when I go for more than 4 days. I was thinking of possibly going over Labor Day. If someone could set me strt i'd appreciate it.

BTW . . . HI BELLE!! You've helped me out once b4 a few months back.

Hey Dox!! And Here I am again!! I guess I dont get out much!! Anyhow, the pacakge that Pam and I are referring to is you buy 5 nights of a Disney Resort and the Ultimate Park Hopper pass ( Length of stay one) and you get 2 nights more of the same free.
As far as the Florida Discount, you ar eprobably correct. I thinkk that would probably work out better, definitely for a trip less than 8 days and might work out better even if you trip is going to be 8 days.
The code for Florida residents is EAF and is good only from 7/5/04-8/28/04. Let's use the Moderates for comparison;
Room rate is $94 a night ( add in tax)
Add in theme park tickets
then compare it to a vacation you can run on Disneyworld.com for 5 nights within the same time frame.
Or you can do as I do and ask Pam to run you then numbers!!! Sometimes I get Lazy!! Belle

Hey thanks Belle! :) Good idea to run the price comparisons. Hopefully the website will be up and running with that discount tomorrow. Sounds like the florida resident's special isn't going to be that cheap this year nor did i see on their site that the seasonal pass was still on sale. (Not that as a NY'er it affects you.) I wish i would have taken advantage of last year's package. That sounded great.
