There was much debate and in the end George and I decided not to go.
Stacey and Ray went with a group of their friends who were also there for the week. They really had a good time.
This was Ray's first trip to Florida.
He liked Universal, but LOVED WDW.
He's a keeper! :D
Yay for another Disney family member!

Indeed.

We used 192 because someone was always wanting to stop for something along the way. Still...we were very close.
We've stayed at the next development down a couple of times, but our favorite place is further down Poinciana, past the schools. It takes a little longer from there (maybe another 5 - 8 minutes), but we really like it.

Ah.
I really liked the house, but I'm sure there are plenty of others in the same area.
When it's just George and I we just look for a reasonably priced hotel. As long as it's clean, we're happy.

Did I tell you that Dave and I finally sailed into the 21st century and got digital TV? We went out and bought the converter box the other night, so now we have yet another remote!

Just sitting here having a cup of tea (iced, but I put it in a big old tea mug) and lamenting the passing of Frank, my most recent spider plant. I have an absurd fondness for spider plants. This is the second one Grant has killed...yesterday he felt Frank needed some fresh air and he put him outside without telling me. Well, we had a frost last night.

He killed Spike the same way last year and I had Spike for 15 YEARS!!!! That is like, an Amy world record. Beware of men when they try to be "helpful".

I'm sorry Amy, but I have to :ROFLOL::ROFLOL:. Your poor plant!

HSM3 comes out today!

Whoooo's excited? :lookaroun

Me!!

Is it sadder that I'm not even in HS and I'm all about those movies...:lookaroun
Well, maybe not exactly like a High Schooler would be...but I'm still excited to see it.

Neither am I, but I still want to see it.

OMG my sister just called me to tell me what she's getting my mom for her birthday (which is tomorrow):

A picture frame with no picture, but on the inside it says "Happy birthday, Grandma! See you in nine months!"

MY SISTER IS PREGNANT!!!! :sohappy:

I'm going to be an uncle?! OMG I'm so excited.

No one tell my mom, though :lookaroun It's supposed to be a surprise.

Eeek! Congrats Luke!

I got my first look at Pixie Hollow and the fairies last night! This is going to be amazing!!!

I can't wait!!

I just bought my halloween costume for our polo halloween party. We get to dress up ourselves and our horse. I'm a cat and my horse is going to be a mouse. I even bought him some cute little mouse ears. :D

Awww! I can't wait to see pictures.

Nibbs, you had to go and pick the hardest picture contest! I have so many pictures I am trying to pick between!:(

Hey Betty

Hi Joanna!
How are you, hon?

I'm ok. I am having school issues, but that's nothing new.

Also, this weekend hasn't been that great so far. We lost the football game 50-0 yesterday (and the strap on the plume bag broke, so I had to carry it just about a mile. And it weighs a TON). And we got back around 10:45pm. That wouldn't have been so bad, if I didn't have to get up at 6am.:dazzle: I had to go on a stupid field trip for my Geology class. And hopefully it won't be raining tomorrow (it's like a monsoon right now). We have the marching band festival.

So, how are you?
