Haunted Mansion Stuff??

Odd lack of souvernirs

I love the Haunted Mansion. No I ADORE it, it is an alltime classic attraction. But I HATE "Nightmare before X-mas", a boring movie where I walked out after 20 minutes and I only walked out of a movie twice in more than 25 years. So I was very angry to realize, that most merchandising stuff sold near the HM had NOTHING to do with the attracktion and while you are stuffed with attraction merchandise at other major attractions like Serka Zong for EE, the HM doesn't even feature a MUG or good t-shirt. Very disappointing.

My son is 10 and is infatuated with the Haunted Mansion, he has never been to Disney and I am needing to find out, is there anything to buy for a kid of Haunted Mansion stuff?
I need current input. :dazzle:

I've seen a bunch of things in Disney World through out the parks, but mostly high end stuff: watches, art work, etc.

I do wish there was more affordable things. I did find a magnet and pin set of the HM on a trip a while back.

I also wish they would give the Mansion it's own gift shop instead of just Madam Leota's cart. I remember a time where that little shop (I forget the name) that is right next to the bridge connecting the two lands had at one time a bunch of Mansion items as well as Villains and Nightmare Before Christmas.

The Disney merchandising executives live in small underground cubicles in Burbank, CA. At night they are fed special mushrooms.
They never see the sun and do not interact with real people.

Frankly, sometimes I think that's true.

The late 2006/early 2007 line of merchandise (Mickey crests similar to Harry Potter artwork) was not popular, and neither are the newer generic Disney Parks things (even though they say "WDW" now). Guests like attraction-specific merch, and I don't know why Disney is overlooking one of its most popular attractions.

If nothing else, a huge merch line should have accompanied the HM's reopening. Instead, we got a few pins. :brick:

I forgot the shop's name, but it also had magic tricks...

Here's the three newest shirts as of last month.

They also had a neat set of playing cards that I picked up for like $5. They used the stretch room portraits and the backs glow in the dark. Too neat not to snag even if I don't really use cards for anything.

Excellent!!! This is just what I was looking for. I really like the two on the sides. Hopefully these will sell well and they'll keep making HM stuff.

The one in the middle is sorta...

Thanks!

Why couldn't I find those when I was there last summer? :brick:
(May/June 2007) I was looking around everywhere and a few days later HM closed for refurbishment.

Do they also have HM-mugs? I collect WDW-attraction-related mugs.

Well those shirts were just released a few months ago. When I was there in Sept they didnt even have the book. Only ONE store in the WHOLE parks had it.

I do have a coffee mug, a big bat wing house key, the license plate, the book, and the playing cards. I wanna get a shirt.

I bought all the snowglobes, houses, and graveyards YEARS ago from the disneystore online...I have the Gus giant figure too.
