Has It Been Raining Everyday?

We leave on the 13th of Sept for our trip.
Have been checking weather.com (although it doesn't go out that far) and see that everyday in the 10 day forecast has said showers.
For those of you in the parks recently or living in Orlando - has it really been raining everyday? I have heard that the Florida rains are brief most of the time.
Can anyone enlighten me on the current weather? Just because I am curious.

Just got back monday. It did pretty much rain every day, but usually never enough to interfere with your plans. We only had one major thunderstorm (when we were at Typhoon Lagoon- go figure!) Expect a little bit every day.

Thanks for letting me know. I know this is hurricane season and I fully expected it to rain, I was just not sure of the quantity.
I am wondering if into mid September it will get better or worse.

was there from Aug 18th - 25th and it rained almost everyday but usuallu for 30 minutes or less. We just ducked into the nearest attraction and by the time we got out the sun was shining again so it really wasn't a problem for us

It's the Florida way of keeping all those semi-tropical plants green. Otherwise, you might as well be back in Michigan.

Have fun and don't worry about the rain...it will pass. (and also scare part of the crowds back to their rooms!)

it always rains for about 25-30 minutes a day during the summer months...and it's always around 3-5 pm. Hope that helps.

Yes that does help. I was just kinda wondering since I couldn't tell on weather.com if it meant all day or not.

Moved from Michigan to Florida a year ago, btw!

And yes, it rains somehwere in central Florida every day. Warm air from the Atlantic, cool "er" air from the Gulf collide over central Florida and cause rain. It's just an everyday thing here.

It's the best time to be out at the parks...I always get so much done during the rainstorm hours.

Others flock for cover........hardcore Disney tourists flock to the water rides!

Rain

This is our rainy/Hurricane (June/Nov) season. It does rain hard but for short periods of time, just be careful of the lightning while "out-and-about". I think the best time to visit Disney is in the fall/winter season. Hardly any rain so your hair looks good and your clothes are dry...just a "me" thing. Enjoy whatever season you choose...Disney is magical.
