I don't think that I have a right to any job, you are just assuming that, from what, I don't know. What I am saying is that firing people, for no valid reason, is stupid. That would mean that the employer just assumes that someone is "burnt out" on their job and is not longer doing a good job. If you keep your employees happy and don't treat them like dirt, you would be amazed at how many happy, experienced employees you would have. It is not in any employers best interest to fire a productive employee on some stupid theory about turnover. And they USED to fire flight attendants because they wanted a young, pretty lady to "host" the business men. The fact that you think that is OK, shows a lot about you. Flight attendants are not there for your entertainment, they are there to keep us safe. I am shocked that you think just randomly firing someone and destroying their means of supporting their families is somehow a good thing.
