A friend of Leonard Kinsey was banned after being ejected and still is. He tried booking a trip for his honeymoon many years after being banned and was flagged up and told he wasn't allowed back in. I have never actually set foot on their property. Back in 2005, I went on three dates with a girl who worked there who thereafter decided that the “chemistry wasn’t there.” The consequent dumping was understandable, but then she said I was banned for life from Dutch Wonderland because I “would always be single and childless and would have no reason to go there other than to stalk her.” She also said I would be arrested if I ever returned to her home town. If have been back to said town (Gap, PA) many times since because I had to pass through. The police were never summoned. As for Dutch Wonderland, I have married and am no longer single, but am, for the time, still childless, and have no intention of going there. Is it even open anymore?
I have no idea if it is open anymore as I moved from PA in 2014. In 2011, my husband, son, and a bunch of Milton Hershey students, who were on campus for the Christmas holiday, got stuck on the cable cars for over an hour in winter weather. My husband still laughs when he thinks about it as he remembers one of the girls yelling "Mr. Calvert, we are going to die!" They all got off safely and received free hot chocolate. From then on, we vowed to never visit again because the place was really rundown and we had Hersheypark anyways.
Did she have mental health issues?

I tried but they didn’t even read my letter. I never asked to be let back in however. My letter basically gives the complete explanation of what happened. If I had it to do over again I would have never left and let them trespass me and arrest me and then I could haves sued them . They had no legal standing or right to simply trespass me. They would have to have proved I was being a public menace which I was not. It’s been 9 years and I really haven’t missed it. I have missed going with family and friends.
It's private property. They can ban/remove whomever they wish.
Please tell me your a nice person. And, not one of those people that bases their entire lives about how many likes they get, or how much free stuff they can accumulate...Yawn!
While not Disney, I knew two guys in high school that got caught stealing an entire entertainment center from Target.. they were both banned for life from ever going back into the Target or even into the parking lot... A year after high school I went into the same Target that had banned them both and guess who was working there... One of the guys banned. These lifetime bans companies throw at people really are a bit of joke. I would be shocked if Disney was any different... especially now that they appear to be desperate to get customer into any of their parks.
when i was in school. we were raising money for our prom at a local amusement park. we were working the games. i was pretty good at calling the games. the park had a drop system for the money. i didn't take any money, but several of my classmates did. the park basically knew how much money was for the night, and told them if the money wasnt returned that they would call the police...
