Hi all!

I'm wondering if anyone has seen a ghost holding Mickey Ears in the graveyard scene at the Haunted Mansion. It's towards the end to the right. The ghost is produced by effects, it is not an AA.

During our last trip, my boyfriend and I went on HM 4 times and during the third go around, he saw it but I missed it. We went on a fourth time and I tried to see it, but I missed it again! I was so mad!

Has anyone else seen this??? (Or are the ghosts playing tricks on him ;) )

This is actually one of the VERY FEW "official" Hidden Mickeys in the HM. This specific one was designed by the Imagineers.

Contrary, the arrangement of plates in the lower-left corner of the Ball Room Dining Table is done by Cast Members, and is considered an "unofficial" Hidden Mickey.

You do indeed need to be quick to see the grim reaper holding the Mickey head. Your Doom Buggy turns just as it comes into view. If you're sitting on the left side, you really have to strain.

That's my favorite hidden mickey of all time! Every time I ride HM, I try to point it out to whoever I'm riding it with, but they usually don't catch it. I first read about it in the original Hidden Mickey book - when the obsession began. :D

Actually, the plates are now a permanent place setting placed by WDI.

Wow, I've always thought that ghost was one of the creepiest things in HM. I never would have guessed it had an official hidden mickey.

I have never spotted that ghost at all i will have to make sure i look out for it on my next visit...


...in 2012. I should have really applied to be the 1000th ghost on my last trip.

Hidden Jack and Sally

I did my college program at Mansion, and I thought it might interest you all to know that there are four hidden Jacks and one Sally in the mansion. They aren't really visible to those riding, it's really only meant for cast members, but if you can spot them, more power to you!

In the Library there's a book on the floor with Jack on it, and a book on the table that is titled "The Nightmare Before Christmas."

In the attic there's a Sally doll, Jack book, Jack snowglobe, and a Jack doll.

Happy Haunting...Oops I mean hunting.

Has anyone caught the hidden mickey on the TOT??? It's supposed to be when the vertical light beam separates or something, but I can't see it. I even filmed it in HD and still can't see it with numerous replays.

We were alone on the ride one night and I snapped a few pics of the attic with my flash on because it wouldnt bother anyone and I found a hidden Mickey in one of my pics while I was looking through them at full size. See if you can see it too!

I dont know if its official because I dont read the books cause thats cheating!
