At 11pm tonight, our president, Vicente Fox, is going to ring the Independence Bell again from National Palace in Mexico City to remember what Miguel Hidalgo did a looooong time ago to start the battle for our independence from Spain.

Of course, the crowds see it as one more opportunity to party and get drunk...
And tomorrow is a holiday! hehe
