I love the smell of the soap in TL and FL it smells very citrusy in those bathrooms for some reason lol. So much that I found an orange foam that smells like it that I use at home becaue it reminds me of WDW.

The scent that you were smelling is not the hand soap but rather industrial air fresheners that give off a very Horizons-reminiscent citrus scent... :)

I did not know that but makes sense. That smell is very WDW to me. Sadly I did not get to experience Horizons though. :(

I'm glad I found this thread to confirm that I wasn't going nuts. I told my wife about the borax-type "sandpaper grit 10" type soap Disney used to have in the bathrooms around the parks. She doesn't seem to remember this, but now that I found this thread, I'll show her that I wasn't losing my mind. :D

Wow, and I thought the thread on the Tangled bathrooms was the sign of a slow news day...now a poll about soap? What's next, the napkins in the park? Oh wait, that's been discussed too ;)

Meg Crofton suggested that the following type of "hand soap" be used on property:

When it comes to creativity, you've really got to hand it to her...

And this one is almost 4 years old. The soap at Disney was changed shortly after 9/11 due to the problems with anthrax. It was a white powder and it just make sense to switch to liquid. Other than that...who cares!

When was it ever white? I only encountered PINK powder soap at WDW... o_O
